With years of experience in the HVAC industry, Jeff recognized a significant challenge contractors faced: the logistical issues of managing an extensive inventory of AC and furnace filters. Many contractors struggled to keep various brands and sizes on their fleet vans, leading to inefficiencies and increased costs.
To address this problem, Jeff leveraged his connections with manufacturers and distributors to create a solution that would ship high-quality filters nationwide. By adopting a drop shipping model, we not only kept our operational costs low but also passed those savings directly to our customers.
