Custom Metal Filter Frame w/ Blue Pads MERV 6

These custom sized metal filter frames are constructed of 3/4 inch aluminum channel. They have an expanded metal back that holds the filter media in place. The filter material is a poly fiber media. The pad has a white side which acts as a pre-filter and should face the air entry side. The orange (tacky) surface will capture finer particles and should be installed facing the air exit side. Each frame comes with (6) pre-cut pads. Choose a length and width from the drop-down menus.

*Please be certain of the size you order, as frames are custom made and cannot be returned. If in doubt, select a fraction (1/8″) smaller. You can always add some foam tape or similar material if the frame is slightly smaller than needed. Standard furnace filters show a nominal size on the filter, but the actual size is fractionally smaller. Be sure to measure your current filter for actual size before ordering. See the example below:

Nominal Size = 20 x 20 x 1

Actual Size = 19 3/4 x 19 3/4 x 3/4

The frame will be made to the size you select.

When entering fractional dimensions you will need to enter them as a decimal. See below for how to enter measurements.

1/8″ = .125
1/4″ = .250
3/8″ = .375
1/2″ = .500
5/8″ = .625
3/4″ = .750
7/8″ = .875

Example: 19-5/8″ x 24-1/2″ Enter order as 19.625 x 24.500
