Privacy:
Rhinohorn Sales, LLC respects and protects your privacy. We do not resell our customer list to third parties.
Returns:
All return requests are limited to the first 14 days from the date of sale.
To return products, please email us at rhinohornsales@gmail.com. Provide your order #, which product is defective, and describe the defect. Mainstream Air Filters will return to you an RMA# for you to include on the outside of the shipping package
Non-defective Opened Products:
Rhinohorn Sales, LLC, at its discretion, may charge a 15% restocking fee. Prior to opening the product, please ensure that the product meets your needs.
Defective Products:
Defective products within 30 days of purchase are exchanged through our online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedures. After 30 days, defective products should be repaired or exchanged via the manufacturer’s warranty.
There is no refund on shipping fees.
Shipper Damage:
Products received that appear to be damaged due to the shipper, are covered under the shipper’s liability policy. Any package that is noticeably damaged should be rejected and returned to our warehouse for refulfillment.
Credit Cards:
Rhinohorn Sales, LLC accepts Paypal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard & VISA. Your credit card bill will show HVAC Parts or HVAC Parts Filters along with Paypal as the merchant.
Warranty:
The products sold by hvac-parts-online.com are brand new products covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty.
Delivery Time:
Rhinohorn Sales, LLC ships products directly from distributors. Unless otherwise indicated, our products ship standard UPS ground. Orders received by 10:00AM Eastern Time are usually shipped within 1-3 days and should arrive within 3-8 days unless otherwise noted on specific products or unless expedited shipping methods were selected. Alaska and Hawaii shipments and any expedited shipping method may require a special quotation. Please contact us for help.
Post Office Boxes:
Rhinohorn Sales, LLC. does not ship to PO, APO, or FPO addresses within the United States. We do not ship to Canada.
Sales Tax: (Florida Residents)
All sales in the State of Florida will be charged 7% sales tax.
